Goal #5: To reduce homelessness among EI Segundo residents. Goal #7: To support the availability of regional housing opportunities in the South Bay for populations at risk of homelessness. Goal #3: To share responsibility for addressing homelessness with neighboring cities, in order to expand permanent solutions to homelessness.
