NINETEENTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 3790 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
J LEE ENGINEERING, INC.
THIS NINETEENTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 28th
day of May, 2019, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ("City"), and J LEE ENGINEERING, INC., a
California Corporation ("Consultant").
Pursuant to Section 35 of the Agreement, Section 1(C) is amended to increase the
amount of the Agreement by One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) for
Consultant's services through September 30, 2019.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 3790 will remain the same.
