FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
MUNISERVICES LLC.
This First Amendment is entered into this 1St day of March, 2019, by and between the CITY OF
EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation and general law city ("CITY") and MUNISERVICES,
LLC. ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 35 of the Agreement between the parties, the term of the Agreement
described in Section 8 is amended to expire on February 28, 2020.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 5469 remain the same.
