EASEMENT
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation does hereby grant to the LOS ANGELES COUNTY
METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY, a public agency existing under the laws of the State of California,
hereinafter referred to as "Grantee," a perpetual easement for fire protection riser purposes in, on, over, and
across the real property in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
Together with the further right to enter upon and to pass and repass over and along said easement and
right of way and to deposit tools, implements, and other materials thereon by said Grantee its officers,
agents, and employees, and by persons under contract with it and their employees, whenever and wherever
necessary for the purposes above set forth.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, on February 17, 2004
the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, has caused this Easement document to be executed
by its duly authorized officer pursuant to a resolution adopted by its City Council.
