THIRD AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4929
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
TINA GALL
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 1 st day of October,
2018, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and TINA GALL, an individual
("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1, On or about October 1, 2015, the parties entered into an Agreement for Professional
Consultant Services ("Agreement"). The CONSULTANT agreed to provide
professional Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) consulting services for
program administration.
2. Pursuant to Section 31 of the Agreement, the parties agree to extend the term of the
Agreement an additional year,to expire September 30, 2019.
3. Pursuant to the Second Amendment to the Agreement, the CITY agrees to pay
CONSULTANT an hourly rate of $75 per hour, for a total contract amount not to
exceed $15,000.
4. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
5. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4929 remain the same.
