FIFTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 5272 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
THE PHELPS GROUP
This FIFTH AMENDMENT("Amendment') is made and entered into this 30th day of July 2018,
by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and THE PHELPS GROUP, a California
corporation("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 34 of the Agreement between the parties, Section 2 of the
Agreement is amended to add the services described in the attached Exhibit A; which
is incorporated herein by this reference.
2. The parties also desire to amend the Agreement by increasing the total amount of the
Agreement by$4,934.86.
3. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
4, Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 5272 remain the same.
