Contract Addendum
(Waiver of Subrogation)
Client Name ("Client"): City of El Segundo
Stearns, Conrad and Schmidt, Consulting Engineers, Inc. dbas SCS Engineers, SCS Energy, SCS Field
Services, SCS ES Consultants, SCS Tracer, SCS Aquaterra, SCS Globex ("SCS").
Client has requested that its contract("Contract") with SCS include certain insurance requirements, and
SCS has agreed to add such requirements by this Contract Addendum as follows:
SCS agrees to include a waiver of subrogation on its ❑ general liability ❑ automobile liability
❑x workers compensation insurance:
City of El Segundo
This waiver does not apply to any existing or inchoate claims.
Except as expressly modified hereby, the Contract will remain in full force and effect in accordance with its
original terms. This Addendum shall be attached to and incorporated in the Contract.
