SECOND AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4664 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
MOORE IACOFANO GOLTSMAN, INC.
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 5th day of
June, 2018, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ("City"), and MOORE IACOFANO
GOLTSMAN, INC., a California corporation ("CONSULTANT"). The parties agree as follows:
1. Pursuant to Section 1 of Agreement No. 4664, Subsection C is amended to increase
the total compensation amount by $7,115 to $403,115.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4664 remain the same.
