FOURTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4959 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
MICHAEL BAKER INTERNATIONAL, INC.
THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this �day of
June 2018, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ("City"), and MICHAEL BAKER
INTERNATIONAL, INC., a Pennsylvania corporation("CONSULTANT").
1. Pursuant to Section 35 of Agreement No. 4959 ("Agreement"), Section 1(C) of the
Agreement is amended to increase the total amount of the Agreement by Two
Hundred Thousand Dollars($200,000.00)for CONSULTANT's services.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terns and conditions of Agreement
No.4959 remain the same.
