CONTRACT 3052A Amendment CLOSED FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 3052
BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
AMTECH ELEVATOR SERVICES
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 14 day of June 2004,
by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California("CITY"), AMTECH ELEVATOR SERVICES
("CONTRACTOR"), a California Corporation and successor in interest to OLIVER& WILLIAMS
ELEVATOR COMPANY.
1. Pursuant to Section 18 of Agreement No. 3052 ("Agreement"), CITY approves OLIVER&
WILLIAMS ELEVATOR COMPANY'S assignment of its rights, duties and obligations under the
Agreement, as amended, to CONTRACTOR.
2. CONTRACTOR agrees to assume the rights, duties, and obligations under the Agreement, as
amended, and perform the Agreement as OLIVER& WILLIAMS ELEVATOR COMPANY'S
uccessor in interest.
3. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the Agreement
remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this contract the day and year
first hereinabove written.
