CONTRACT 5272A Amendment CLOSED Agreement No. 5272A AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 5272 BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND THE PHELPS GROUP THIS AMENDMENT ("Amendment")is made and entered into this 3rd day of May, 2017, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California("City"), and THE PHELPS GROUP, a California Corporation ("Consultant"). 1. Pursuant to Section 34 of the Agreement, Section 1(C) is amended to increase the amount of the Agreement by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000), so that the City agrees to pay Consultant a total sum not to exceed Eighty Five Thousand Dollars ($85,000) for Consultant's services through July 31, 2017, as described in the attached Exhibit`B." 2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date. 3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 5272 will remain the same.
