Fax 213.633.4760 We are parties to the above-reterenced Development Agreement recorded
on March 19, 2002. All capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the
meanings given to them in the Development Agreement unless otherwise
provided herein.
As provided in Operating Memorandum No. . 1 Corporate Campus
Development Agreement dated as of August 22, 2005, the initial term of the
Development Agreement will expire on June 11, 2013. Pursuant to Section
5.8 of the Development Agreement, either Developer or City shall be entitled
to, by written request prior to the expiration of the Agreement, one five (5)
year extension provided the requesting party is not in default of its obligations
under the Agreement at Such time.
TPG-.E1 Segundo Partners LLC, a California limited liability company, hereby
notifies the City that it is exercising its right to the five (5) year extension of the
Development Agreement term, so that such term will now expire on June 11,
2018,
Please let us know if you have any questions concerning this exercise of the
extension right under the Development Agreement.
