All capitalized terms used in this letter shall have the meanings given to them in the Development Agreement unless otherwise provided herein. As provided in Operating Memorandum No. . 1 Corporate Campus Development Agreement dated as of August 22, 2005, the initial term of the Development Agreement will expire on June 11, 2013.
