MEMORANDUM OF EASEMENT

THIS MEMORANDUM OF EASEMENT is made between CHEVRON U.S.A. INC., a
Pennsylvania corporation (Grantor), and CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a California municipal
corporation (Grantee) and is effective as of ,10 ✓- LI �- , 2016.
Grantor and Grantee have agreed to an Easement and Right -of -Way Agreement dated
do/ related to the real property located in Los Angeles County, California , and
more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, with the
easement, servitude, privilege and right -of -way described more particularly in Exhibit B attached
hereto and made a part hereof. The details of the easement are set forth in the Easement and
Right -of -Way Agreement, which terms are incorporated into this Memorandum of Easement as
if set forth in full.
