THIS TWELFTH AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this I" day of October
2016, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and AEROTEK, INC., a Maryland corporation
( "CONTRACTOR "). The parties agree as follows:
Pursuant to Section 31 of Agreement No. 4269 ( "Agreement "), Section 1(C) of the
Agreement is amended to read as follows:
"C. As additional consideration, CITY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR for
CONTRACTOR's services not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) for
Fiscal Year 2016 -17."
1 This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which wil
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
1 Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4269, as amended, remain the same.
