THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4695 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
JASON ADDISON SMITH CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. DBA JAS PACIFIC
THIS THIRD AMENDMENT ( "Amendment") is made and entered into this 22nd day of
June, 2016, by and between CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ( "City "), and JASON ADDISON SMITH
CONSULTING SERVICES, INC., a California Corporation ( "Consultant ").
I .. Pursuant to Section 35 of the Agreement, Section 1 (C) is amended to increase the
amount of the Agreement by Thirty six thousand eight hundred Dollars ($36,800.), so
that the City agrees to pay Consultant a total sum not to exceed One hundred
thousand Dollars ($100,000) for Consultant's services through September 30, 2016.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which will
be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the
same date.
1 Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4695 will remain the same.
