AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4223 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT, LLC,
A DUNCAN SOLUTIONS COMPANY

THIS AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this -3 1 day of February, 2016,
by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNT
MANAGEMENT, LLC, A DUNCAN SOLUTIONS COMPANY, a Wisconsin company
( "CONTRACTOR ").
On June 1, 2011, the Parties entered into Agreement No. 4223 ( "Agreement "), for the
processing of parking citations. The Agreement provides for a five -year term and will
terminate on May 31, 2016. The Parties desire to extend the term of the Agreement for
an additional five years by signing this Amendment pursuant to Section 8.1 of the
Agreement.
Effective June 1, 2016, Section 4.1 of the Agreement is hereby extended an additional
five years, to terminate on May 31, 2021.
This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4223 remain the same.
