CONTRACT 4401A AmendmentAgreement No. 4401A Agreement No. 4401A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT NO. 4401 BETWEEN THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND COMPRESSED AIR SPECIALTIES, INC. THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 22nd day of April 2016, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation existing under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and COMPRESSED AIR SPECIALTIES, INC., a California Corporation ( "CONTRACTOR "). Pursuant to Section 19 of Agreement No. 4401 ( "Agreement "), Section 1(C) of the Agreement is amended to add CONTRACTOR's services specified in Exhibit A of this Amendment, which is incorporated by reference. In exchange for the CONTRACTOR's services, CITY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR an amount not to exceed three thousand dollars ($3,000) for Fiscal Year 2015 -16 and the same amount for each of the following fiscal years. 2. The term of the Agreement is extended from April 22, 2016 to April 22, 2019. The parties intend for this Amendment to take effect retroactively. The Agreement may be renewed upon mutual consent of the parties. I This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date. 4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement No. 4401 remain the same.
