THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 28b day of December.,
2015, by and between the CITY OF EL SE UNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ("CITY"), and JAMLAZ, WC, (JMD), a California
Corporation ("CONTRACTOR!').
1.. Pursuant to Section 35 of Agreement No. 4610 ("Agreement"), Section 8 of the
Agreement is amended to extend the term of the Agreement to December 31, 2016.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4610 remain the same.
