SIXTH AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4269 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
AEROTEK
THIS SIXTH AMENDMENT ("Amendment") is made and entered into this 19'" day of February,
2014, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and Aerotek, Inc., a Maryland corporation
( "CONTRACTOR ").
Pursuant to Section 31 of Agreement No. 4269 ( "Agreement "), Section 1 is amended to
read as follows:
"1. CONSIDERATION.
A. As partial consideration, CONTRACTOR agrees to perform the work
listed in the SCOPE OF SERVICES for temporary staffing services;
B. As additional consideration, CONTRACTOR and CITY agree to abide
by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement;
C. As additional consideration, CITY agrees to pay CONTRACTOR for
CONTRACTOR's services not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars
($200,000) for Fiscal Year 2013 -14. CITY will pay this sum(s) on the
basis of the hourly rates and cost reimbursement rates as specified in the
attached Exhibit "A," which is incorporated herein."
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date.
Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement No.
4269 remain the same.
