Notice is hereby given that the following items will be
adjourned to June 29, 2015, at 6:00 p.m. in the City Council
Chambers, 350 Main Street, El Segundo, CA 90245.
2. Rescission of Brown Act Commitment - In Accordance with
Government Code Section 54960.2 (e), consideration and possible
action to rescind the commitment made by the City Council on
November 5, 2013, not to hold further closed session meetings
regarding real property negotiations with regard to ES CenterCal,
LLC's ( "CenterCal ") proposal to enter into a Due Diligence and
Ground Lease Agreement ( "Agreement ") to lease the driving range
portion of the Lakes Golf Course from the City for the purpose of
developing a Top Golf facility.
(Fiscal Impact: unknown — depends on whether legal proceedings
are commenced.)
Recommendation — 1) Consideration and possible action to rescind the
commitment made by the City Council on November 5, 2013, to not hold
further closed session meetings regarding real property negotiations with
regard to CenterCal's proposal to enter into an Agreement to lease the
driving range portion of the Lakes Golf Course from the City for the
purpose of developing a Top Golf facility; 2) Delay consideration of this
item to a future date and give notice of such delay to Ms. Geist in
accordance with Government Code Section 54960.2; 3) Alternatively,
discuss and take other possible action related to this item.
3. Consideration and possible action to provide preliminary comments
and receive and file the draft Due Diligence and Lease Agreement
between the City of El Segundo and CenterCal, LLC, with regard to
the operation of a Top Golf facility on the driving range portion of the
Lakes golf course and redesign of the golf course. (Item will be
brought back for further discussion and possible action at a future
Regular or Special Council Meeting).

Recommendation — 1) Consideration and possible action to provide
preliminary comments and receive and file draft Due Diligence and Lease
Agreement between the City of El Segundo and Centercal, LLC; 2)
Schedule a date for further consideration and possible action regarding
the draft Due Diligence and Lease Agreement; and /or take other related
action. Rescission of Br wn Act Commitment.
