AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4103 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
FIRST NATIONAL INSURANCE COMPANY of AMERICA
THIS 2nd AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 21" day of August, 2013,
by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of Cal, ifornia ( "CITY "), and First National Insurance Company of America
( "CONTRACTOR ").
1. Pursuant to Section 17 of Agreement No. 4103 ( "Agreement"), Section 2 of the
Agreement is amended to read as follows:
The contract budget is hereby increased by an additional $206,641.71, for a total budget
amount of $1,317,641.71 for additional changes orders approved by the City of El
Segundo.
2. This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No. 4103 remain the same.
