Bids will not be accepted after that time. Bidders are required to attend the pre-bid meeting scheduled for Thursday, October 9, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. in City Hall's West Conference Room located at 350 Main Street, El Segundo, California 90245 if they did not attend at least one of the pre-bid meetings for the Group 55-65 projects. Bidders are strongly encouraged to arrive early as the meeting is expected to start promptly. Any bidder who arrives after the start of the meeting will not be considered in attendance.
