THIRD AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO. 4288 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
RANGE MAINTENANCE SERVICES, LLC.
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 29th day of
September, 2014, by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal
corporation existing under the laws of California ( "CITY "), and RANGE MAINTENANCE
SERVICES, LLC, ( "CONTRACTOR ").
Pursuant to Section 2 of Agreement No. 4288 ( "Agreement "), the terms of the agreement
are extended to September 30, 2015:
2. CONTRACTOR agrees to perform & City agrees to pay as set forth in the Agreement
including, without limitation, pricing for the remaining term, for the SCOPE OF
SERVICES set forth in this agreement, as amended, not to exceed NICE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED ($9,600) DOLLARS.
This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be an
original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same date.
4. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement No.
4288 remain the same.
