Any writings or documents given to a majority of the City Council regarding any matter on this agenda that the City received after issuing the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the City Clerk's office during normal business hours. In this role, he leads the team in program implementation, including program design and policy development. The City's Strategic Plan Program activities include a an energy action plan, a retro-com mission policy, an energy benchmarking policy, a greenhouse gas inventory, an online permitting system, a stakeholder education program, Title 24 training" and pro- curing a utility manager. Previously, Mark contributed on multiple energy efficiency programs for SCE's New Con- struction and Sustainability Group as a Contract Manager. 6:50 p.m. — Presentation • Patrick Stoner Patrick Stoner is California's Statewide Local Government Energy Efficiency Best Practices Coordinator, a position created by the California Public Utilities Commission in 2009. The goal of the position is to assist local govern- ment efforts to implement California's long -term energy strategic plan. Prior to being chosen for this position, he served as resource conservation program director for the Local Government Commission for 17 years. 7:30 p.m. — Presentation • Sam Lee Sam Lee serves as the Director of Planning and Building Safety for the City of El Segundo. He has recently been an integral part of the development of the City of El Segundo's Energy Efficiency Strategic Plan Program. He assisted in the launch of the City's Online Permit Center —a new service for residents and the local building community that makes applying for building permits faster and more convenient through an online application. Sam continues to be involved in the Strategic Plan Program to ensure its sustainability in the long -term. 7:45p.m. —Q &A 7:50 p.m. — Workshop Survey Funded by California utility ratepayers, and administered by Southern California Edison under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission.
