FIRST AMENDMENT TO
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT NO. 4569_
BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
CSG CONSULTANTS, INC.
This FIRST AMENDMENT to PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
NO. _4569_ is entered into this _1st day of September, 2014 by and between the CITY OF EL
SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation and general law city ( "CITY ") and CSG CONSULTANTS,
INC., a California corporation ( "CONSULTANT ").
1. Pursuant to Sections 6 (C) and 35 of Agreement No. 4569_, Section 1 (C) is
amended to increase the total consideration City agrees to pay CONSULTANT to
a sum not to exceed Thirty -Five Thousand Dollars ($35,000.00) for
CONSULTANT'S services.
2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all other terms and conditions of
Agreement No. 4569_ shall remain the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this contract the day and year
