FIRST AMENDMENT TO
AGREEMENT NO.4480 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO AND
DOWNSTREAM SERVICES,INC.
THIS Ist AMENDMENT("Amendment") is made and entered into this 19th day of March,2014,
by and between the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a general law city and municipal corporation
existing under the laws of California("CITY"), and DownStream Services,Inc.,a California
corporation("CONTRACTOR").
I. Pursuant to Section 18 of Agreement No.4480 ("Agreement"), Section 1 of the
Agreement is amended to add the following as Section 1 D:
"As additional consideration, City agrees to pay CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR's
services an additional Forty Thousand Dollars($40,000)for the work occurring in the
first year, amending the first year's not-to-exceed total to One Hundred Thirty Thousand
Dollars($130,000.) City will pay for work on the basis of the hourly rates and cost
reimbursement rates as specified in the Exhibit A.which is incorporated by reference."
1 This Amendment may be executed in any number or counterparts, each of which will be
an original, but all of which together constitutes one instrument executed on the same
date.
3. Except as modified by this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of Agreement
No.4480 remain the same.
