Consideration and possible action regarding acceptance of the project for the 2006 -2007
annual contract for curb, gutter, handicap access ramps, sidewalk and other minor
improvements at various locations citywide. Approved Capital Improvement Project.

(Final Contract Amount = $189,252.20)
RECOMMENDED COUNCIL ACTION:
Recommendation — (1) Accept the work as complete; (2) Authorize the City Clerk to file a
Notice of Completion in the County Recorder's Office; and (3) Alternatively, discuss and take
other action related to this item.
BACKGROUND & DISCUSSION:
On June 5, 2007, the City Council awarded a contract to C.S. Legacy Construction, Inc. in the
amount of $182,201.00 for the 2006 -2007 annual contract for curb, gutter, handicap access
ramps, sidewalk and other minor improvements at various locations citywide.
