fronman proposes to furnish and install Cleaire Horizon diesel particulate reduction devices on seventeen
(17) vehicles. Metropolitan Water District will identify the first 6 vehicles to have devices installed on,
along with their current locations, at time of Purchase Order issuance. Please refer to the "Proposed
Schedule — 6 Units" below for additional information and implementation schedule. Ironman will work
closely with Metropolitan Water District representatives to determine an implementation schedule for
datalogging /fleet assessments and installations for the remaining 11 vehicles.
Compliance labels will be affixed as required by CARS, and any necessary testing will be conducted to
verify the installation and functionality of the installed technology. Ironman will provide a CARS reporting
tool for customers' use. Training manual(s) and presentation(s) for installation, operation and
maintenance will be provided to Metropolitan Water District representatives. Ironman will provide
technical assistance on an `as needed" basis after installation for an unlimited amount of time.
Cost/Pricing Information
Please refer to "Pricing" page attached. Price is total cost per unit and includes diesel particulate
reduction device, applicable installation parts, clamps/brackets, delivery fees, and installation. Sales tax
is not Included. Bid shall remain valid for a period of not less than 180 days from the date of submittal.

Proposed Schedule — 6 Units + 3 — 4 weeks ARO
This proposed schedule is based upon receipt of Metropolitan Water District's
Purchase Order or written authorization to proceed on or before May 30, 2007.
Work will commence immediately thereafter and will be completed on or
before June 30, 2007. Data(ogging/fleet assessments and installations will
occur during Metropolitan Water District's normal workday and hours. If any of
the units identified in Metropolitan Water District's vehicle list are changed or if
it is determined that product other than Cleaire Horizon is to be installed on any
of these six units, then this proposed schedule cannot be met. Additionally, if
the vehicle assessment reveals dual diesel reduction devices are required, the
"Ext Cost" quoted on Metropolitan Water District's pricing form is subject to change.

Mobile Installation
Installation time for Cleaire Horizon device is 12 -16
hours per unit.
Proposed Schedule —Remaining 11 Units
Ironman anticipates the following implementation schedule to commence upon
receipt of Metropolitan Water District's Purchase Order and /or authorization to
proceed. Datalogging /fleet assessments and installations will occur during
Metropolitan Water District's normal workdays and hours. if the vehicle
assessment reveals product other than the Cleaire Horizon is required as
BACT, the "Ext Cost' quoted on Metropolitan Water District's pricing form is
subject to change. Additionally, if vehicle assessments reveal dual diesel
reduction devices are required, the "Ext Cost" quoted on Metropolitan Water
District's pricing form is subject to change.
