SESSION CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS - (Related to City Business OnIV - 5 minute limit per person, 30 minute limit total) Individuals who have received value of $50 or more to communicate to the City Council on behalf of another, and employees speaking on behalf of their employer, must so identify themselves prior to addressing the City Council. Failure to do so shall be a misdemeanor and punishable by a fine of $250. While all comments are welcome, the Brown Act does not allow Council to take action on any item not on the agenda. The Council will respond to comments after Public Communications is closed. The Facilitator will open a discussion of the budgetary processes and methods of working together effectively. The discussion will be general in nature and will only include hypothetical situations. 1:45 P.M. — 2:45 P.M. III. City of El Segundo Council Members' individual priority principles /policies and issues for the City of El Segundo. See attached list of potential specific Council items that may be discussed. (Attachment A) BREAK 3:00 P.M. — 3:45 P.M. IV. Status Report of Fiscal Year '03 -04 Projects. The Department Heads will discuss the accomplishments and status of projects approved by Council in Fiscal Year'03 -04 (see Attachment B for list of projects to be discussed). Council may briefly address the projects and /or request specific items be agendized at a future Council Meeting for further Council action. 3:45 P.M. — 4:30 P.M. V. Fiscal Year '03 -04 and Fiscal Year '04 -05 Budget status. There will be a brief presentation regarding the budget process and timetable as well as current revenue and expense projections. There will also be a discussion of the State budget impacts on El Segundo. OA 4:30 P.M. — 5:00 P.M. IV.
