23RETENTION OF AND ACCESS TO WORKPAPERS
All agreed -upon limited procedures review workpapers will be maintained for at least three years from the
date of our report, unless the firm is notified in writing by the City of El Segundo of the need to extend the
retention period. These workpapers will be made available as necessary to the City of El Segundo
POTENTIAL PROBLEMS
Based on the information provided in the request for proposal, we do not anticipate any unusual problems.
