W053TEMPORARY EASEMENT
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, this Temporary
Easement is hereby granted by the City of EL SEGUNDO ( "Grantor ") to the WEST BASIN
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, its contractors, agents, employees, successors, and assigns
(collectively called the "Grantee "), to enter upon a portion of the property generally described
as the "Site," as per Exhibits "A" and "B" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
The Site will be used by the District for the purposes of ingress and egress and all other uses
incidental, necessary, convenient, and useful for the construction of a recycled water pipeline.
The Grantee shall save and hold Grantor, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from any
and all costs, liability, or damages, including fire, attorney's fees arising out of any act, or
omission to act, by Grantee, in connection with the Grantee's use of the Site.
This Temporary Easement shall commence on November 12, 1992, and remain effective for a
period of five months.

Secondary Effluent Force Main Pipeline Project (Contracts R1 & R4)
on El Segundo City Property
Those portions of Parcel 1 in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California as
shown on Parcel Map 17749 recorded in Book 207, Pages 56 through 60, inclusive, of Official
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, described as follows and shown on
Exhibit B, incorporated here by reference:
Temporary Easement Parcel T1
Beginning a the northwest corner of Section 18, Township 3 South, Range 14 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian; thence North 890 47'26" East 40.02 feet to the centerline
intersection of El Segundo Boulevard and Sepulveda Boulevard; thence South 00° 07' 15" West
324.31 along the centerline of Sepulveda Boulevard; thence South 890 52' 45" East 79.00 feet to a
point on the easterly line of Sepulveda Boulevard and westerly line of said Parcel 1, said point
being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING (T1);said Parcel T1 being a strip of land 50 feet in width,
the southwesterly line of which is described as follows: commencing at the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING (T1); thence South 68° 40'26" East 124.41 feet, to a point on the common boundary
between said Parcel 1 and the Southern California Edison Company Right -of -Way shown on a Map
recorded in Book 3, Page 5 of said Official Maps. The northeasterly line of said Parcel T1 shall be
prolonged, continued or shortened so as to terminate on the easterly line of Sepulveda Boulevard
on the west and southwesterly line of said Southern California Edison Right -of -Way on the east.

Commencing at the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING (T1) as described above; thence South

line of said Parcel 1, to a point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING (T2); said Parcel T2 being
a strip of land of varying widths with sidelines described as follows:

26" East 74.17 feet; thence parallel to and 55 feet distant southwesterly
measured at right angles from said Southern California Edison Company
