As we recently discussed, the City of El Segundo entered into an Agreement with the
State of California to acquire right of way in favor of the State for the above- referenced
project. The City contracted the acquisition activities to the County of Los Angeles
Department of Public Works. The County recently completed the acquisition of an
easement for road and highway and drainage purposes over a portion of Assessors'
Parcel Nos. 4138 - 015 -021 and 022. Enclosed is a copy of the recorded Easement
Deed
The State has requested title insurance as part of this transaction. The City of
El Segundo agreed to pay for the insurance. Please provide me with a title insurance
policy in the amount of $10,000 in favor of the State of California Please submit your
invoice for payment to,
