We suggest that you IMMEDIATELY attend

I. RECORD YOUR DEED AT ONCE in the
office of the County Recorder of the County
in which your property is located.
2. Examine your Guarantee of Title and
Deed to ascertain just what taxes and assess-
ments your property is subject to.
3. Attend to the payment of taxes on your
property, as WE DO NOT PAY TAXES AFTER
WE GIVE DEED to the property.
4. File a statement of ownership with the
County Assessor between the first Monday in
March and the first day of June of each year.
If your property is located in Los Angeles
County, the tax bill will be premailed to you
after said statement is filed. If you do not file
such statement, it will be necessary for you to
write to the Tax Collector for your tax bill, or
to call for same at his office.
5. If your property is in any city other than
Los Angeles (enclosed Guarantee of Title states
the location), write or call upon the City Tax
Collector of said city.

call upon or write occasionally to the Bureau of
Street Assessments and inquire if there are any

Maps, in the office of the Recorder of said County.
This Guarantee does not include an examination of, or a report on:
1. Adverse or possessory claims or rights not shown by the official records hereinbefore mentioned;
2. Existing roads, matters relating to water rights, mining claims or district records; Municipal Records and
Liens created by the Act of any City other than the City of Los Angeles; Exceptions and Rights reserved in
United States or State Patents; Ownership of the subterranean water of Los Angeles River;
8. Restriction Zones or Governmental matters relating to occupancy or use of said land or of any building
thereon. Proceedings and assessments for municipal or district improvements in the City of Los Angeles, unless the
amount of assessment therefor has become a lien of record in the manner provided by law. Proceedings and
assessments by any City, other than the City of Los Angeles, for the improvement of, or sewers in, any street or

The liability of this Company shall be limited to the amount hereinbefore set forth. Protection hereunder,
as so limited, shall extend to each subsequent owner or pledgee of any indebtedness secured by mortgage or trust
deed, if any is shown herein, as such interest may appear.
