"RESOLVED, that that certain Quitclaim Deed, dated April
21, 1944, executed by Mazie McDonald Milford, presented to
this Council for its consideration, and conveying to the City
of E1 Segundo, a municipal corporation, that certain parcel
of real property situated in the City of E1 Segundo, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Lot 25 in Block 12, of E1 Segundo, in
the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, as per
map recorded in Book 18, Page 69 of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of
said County,
be and the same is hereby accepted by and on behalf of the City
of E1 Segundo; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to record said instrument in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, Califorhia ".
