Sri I n sni;oiri:� I would like to confirm our recent discussions regarding the street ease- ment document recorded through the City of E1 Segundo, as a part of the Xerox Center improvement on Grand Avenue. We have reviewed the description of land granted to the City of E1 Segundo for public street purposes and find that it accurately describes the land intended to be conveyed as an easement to the City of E1 Segundo. Attached to the street easement document is a plan, "Exhibit A ", showing the area covered by the easement description. The dimension on the line separating Parcel 1 and Parcel 2 was shown in error as 456.25 feet. This dimension should read 509.25 feet reflecting the 10 foot wide strip of land intended for street easement purposes. it is our opinion that the incorrect dimension shown on Exhibit A, has no impact on the width of the 10 foot strip of land dedicated for public street purposes since the "Exhibit A" is not referenced within the body of the executed legal description. We understand you have discussed this issue with your attorneys and they concur with our opinion. I am enclosing for your reference, a revised copy of "Exhibit A" showing the corrected parcel line dimension. Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions regarding this matter.
