FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
FLORIN H. SIEGEL, owner of an undivided one -half interest, and STEPHEN E. CLAMAN,
owner of an undivided one -half interest, hereinafter called Grantors, owners of the real
property hereinafter described, do hereby grant to the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a muni-
cipal corporation, an easement and right -of -way for public street purposes, in, over,
upon and across the real property in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 333, Block 123, Sheet 8 El Segundo,
as recorded in Map Book 22, Pages 106 and 107, in the
office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County,
State of California, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point 25 feet easterly of and 25 feet southerly
of the Northwest corner of said Lot 333, said Northwest corner
also being the centerline intersection of Holly Avenue (50 feet
wide) and Illinois Street (50 feet wide); THENCE easterly along
said southerly line of Holly Avenue, said southerly line being
parallel to and 25 feet southerly of the North line of said Lot
333, a distance of 5 feet to a point; THENCE South 45° 00' 00"
West along a line a distance of 7.07 feet, more or less, to a
point in the easterly line of said Illinois Street, said line being
parallel to and 25 feet easterly of the West line of said Lot 333;
THENCE northerly along the said easterly line of Illinois Street
a distance of 5 feet to the point of beginning. (Holly Avenue and Illinois Street)
Said above- described land is to be used for public street purposes only, and in the
event that said land is not used for public street purposes, or if after being so used, the
some is abandoned for such purposes and vacated as a public street, it shall revert to the
owners of the adjoining property, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and
assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the said premises unto the City of El
Segundo, its successors and assigns, as and for a public street and for no other purpose.
