STREET DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, NATHAN LEVY and FLORENCE LEVY, his wife, now of
California, herein called the Grantors,
owners as joint tenants of an undivided one —half interest in the
real property hereinafter described, do hereby grant and convey to
