Bailey, his wife, conveying to the City of El Segundo, a munici- pal corporation of Los Angeles County, California, the real property in the City of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as; The South 5.00 feet of Lot 14, Block 108, of E1 Segundo, Sheet No. 5, as recorded on Pages 114 and 115 of Book 20 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, for public street purposes in connection with the widening of Maple Avenue, in said City, be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf of the City of E1 Segundo; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to cause said instrument to be filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.}' STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES) SS.
