CERTIFIED COPY OF RESOLUTION ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, AT ITS REGULAR
MEETING HELD SEPTEMBER 3, 1952
ttRESOLVED, that that certain Street Deed, dated the 19th day of August, 1952,
executed by E1 Segundo Land and Improvement Company, a corporation, conveying to
the City of E1 Segundo, a municipal corporation of Los Angeles County, California,
the real property in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as:
PARCEL NO. 1•
The southerly 30.00 feet of the northerly 50.00 feet of the
following described parcel of land:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 3
South, Range 14 West, S.B.B. & M., in the City of E1 Segundo,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, lying easterly of a
line parallel with the east line of said Northwest Quarter of
Section 18 and which passes through a point in the south line of
the north 20.00 feet of said Section, a distance easterly thereon,
2,081.66 feet from the intersection of said south line with the
northeasterly line of the land described in deed to Southern
California Edison Company, recorded in Book 9840, Page 33 of
Official Records of said County.
PARCEL NO. 2•
The southerly 30.00 feet of the northerly 50.00 feet of the
following described parcel of land:
That portion of the Northeast Quarter of Section 18, lying
westerly of the westerly boundary line of the right of way of
the Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway, said right of way
being 60.00 feet in width, the center line of which crosses the
north line of Section 17, said Township and Range, a distance
of 5.8 feet easterly of the northeast corner of said Section
18, said center line being on a two degree curve concave
northwesterly,
for public street purposes, be and the same is hereby accepted for and on behalf
of the City of El Segundo; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to cause said instrument to be filed for record in the office of
the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.11

hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of a
resolution adopted by the City Council of said City at a regular meeting of
said body held on the 3rd day of September, 1952, and that, as of this date,
said resolution has not been repealed or in any way amended.

FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, EL SEGUNDO LAND AND IMPROVEMENT COMPANY, a corporation,
herein called the Grantor, owner of the real property hereinafter
described, does hereby grant and convey to the CITY OF EL SEGUEDO, a
municipal corporation, located in the County of Los Angeles, State of
California, a perpetual easement and right of way for a public street,
in, over, upon and across that certain piece or parcel of land situ-
ated, lying and being in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, bounded and described as follows:
PARCEL NO. 1: The southerly 30.00 feet of the northerly 50.00 01
feet of the following described parcel of land:
That portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section
18, Township 3 South, Range 14 Nest, S.B.B. & M.
in the Rancho Sausal Redondo, in the City of E1
Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
lying easterly of a line parallel with the east
line of said Northwest Quarter of Section 18 and
which passes through a point in the south line of
the north 20.00 feet of said Section, a distance
easterly thereon, 2,081.66 feet from the intersec-
tion of said south line with the northeasterly
line of the land described in deed to Southern
California Edison Company, recorded in Book 9840,
Page 33 of Official Records of said County.

180 lying westerly of the westerly boundary line

Said above described land is to be used for public street purposes
only, and in the event that said land is not used for public street purposes
or if after being so used, the same is abandoned for such purpose and vacated

as a public street, it shall revert to the owners of the adjoining property,
their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, all and singular, the said premises unto the
