THIS INDENTURE made this day of November, A. D., 19329
by and between WALTER HYEE and MARY L. HYDE, of E1 Segundo,
California, first parties, and the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal
corporation of the Sixth Class, situated in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, second party, -
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollars ($1.00) lawful money of
the United States of America, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents grant and convey unto the said
second party, a perpetual easement and right of way for a public
street, in, over, upon and across that certain piece or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the City of El Segundo, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows, to -wit:
The Easterly 25.03 feet of the South 87 feet
of the North 92 feet of Lot 9, Block 98, E1
Segundo Sheet No. 3, in the City of El Segundo,
County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Map Hook 20, Pages 22
and 23 of Maps, Records of Los Angeles County,
on file in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
Said property is to be used for public street purposes only,
and in the event that said land or any portion thereof is not used
for public street purposes, or if after being so used the same is
abandoned for such purposes, or vacated as a public street, it shall
revert to the owners of the adjoining property, their heirs,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the said premises
unto the said second party to be used as and for a public street
and for no other purpose.
