uated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California,

W I T N E S S E T H
That the said first part Ir-3 , for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money
of the United States of America, to fj'4rA in hand paid by
the said second party, the receipt of which is hereby ac-
knowledged, do by these presents grant end convey
unto the said second party, a perpetual easement and right -
of -way for a public street, in, over, upon and across that
certain piece or parcel of land situated, lying and being
in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows, to -wit:
The Southerly 46 feet of Lot 3, Block 96,
E1 Segundo Sheet No. 3, as recorded in
Book 20, Pages 22 -23 of Maps, Records of
Los Angeles County, California, on file in
the office of the County Recorder of said
County.
Said property is to oe used for public street
purposes only, and in the event that said land, or any

portion thereof, is not used for street purposes, or
if after being so used, the same is abandoned for such
purposes or vacated as a public street, it shall revert
to the owners of the adjoining property, their heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the said
premises unto the said second party to be used as and for
a public street and for no other purpose,
