That the said first part ies, for and in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), lawful money

of the United States of America, to us in.hand paid
by the said second party, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do by these presents grant and convey unto
the said second party, a perpetual easement and right -of -way
for a public street, in, over, upon and across that certain
piece or parcel of land situated, lying and being in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of Cali-
fornia, described as follows;-
The Northerly 40 feet of Lot 11, Block 10Y,
El Segundo Sheet No. 3, in the City of E1 Segundo,
as recorded in Book 20, Pages 22 -23 of Maps,
Records of Los Angeles County, California, on
file in the office of the County Recorder of
said County.
Said property is to oe used for public street
pu�poses only, and in he event that said land, or any

portion thereof, is not used for street purposes, or if
after being so used, the same is abandoned for such pur-
poses, or vacated as a public street, it shall revert to
the owners of the adjoining property, their heirs, execu-
tors, administrators, successors and assigns.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all and singular, the said
premises unto the said second party to be used as and for
a public street and for no other purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first parties have
hereunto set their hands the day and year first hereinabove
written.
