OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation, a non - exclusive
easement for the construction, repair and maintenance of
an underground storm drain to the subsurface of the follow-
ing described real property:
Those portions of Parcels 3 and 4, in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown on Parcel Map
No. 12659 filed in Book 124, Page 52 of
Parcel Maps in the office of the County
Recorder of said County AND those portions
of Rosecrans Avenue, 100.00 feet wide, Nash
Street, 80.00 feet wide and Apollo Street,
66.00 feet wide as shown on said Parcel Map
No. 12659, included within strips of land
10.00 feet in width, the centerlines of
which being described as follows:

Beginning at the intersection of the center-
lines of said Rosecrans Avenue and Nash
Street; thence a ;ong said centerline of Nash

the beginning of a tangent curve concave
southeasterly and having a radius of 45.00

This easement relates to the subsurface land only
and this grant is not intended to convey the Grantee any
rights to or over the surface of the above described
property except that Grantee shall be entitled to the use
of the surface as is reasonably necessary for the construc-
tion, repair and maintenance of the storm drain to be

constructed in the subsurface of the property described
by this grant. Should Grantee enter the surface in
connection with the rights granted herein, it shall
restore the surface to the same condition as prior to
entry.
