QUITCLAIM DEED
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corpora-
tion, located in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, does here-
by remise, release and forever quitclaim to SOL NISSENSON and HELEN
NISSENSON, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, all of its right, title and
interest in and to the following described real property located in the City
of El Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, to wit:
A strip of land 8. 00 feet in width lying Westerly of,
parallel with, and adjacent to the following described
line: BEGINNING at a point in the Northerly line of
the Southerly 40. 00 feet of Parcel 2, as shown on the
map filed in Book 66, Page 5 of Record of Surveys in
the office of the County Recorder of said county, said
point bears North 89° 58' 02" West, 596.6.6 feet from
the Westerly line of Parcel 1 as shown on said map,
said Parcel 1 now being known as Nash Street (80. 00
feet wide); thence North 00 00' 23" ,Vest, 425. 00 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence North 0° 00t 23"
West a distance of 71 feet to the end thereof.
This deed is given for the sole purpose of relinquishing and ter-
minating the effect of that certain Easement for sanitary sewers which was
recorded August 25, 1964, in Book D2602, Page 878 of official records of
the County Recorder's Office, Los Angeles County.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said City of El Segundo has hereunto
caused its corporate name and seal to be hereunto subscribed and affixed by
its proper officers first thereunto duly authorized.
