McCarthy, being the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk of the City of E1 Segundo, California, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a full, true and correct copy of a resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of E1 Segundo, at a regular meeting of said Body held on the 6th day of September, 1939, and that said resolution was adopted by the following vote: Ayes: Councilmen Hesser, Love, Selby and Mayor Binder.
