Corporation, of Los Angeles, California, party of the first
part, and the CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, a municipal corporation
of the sixth class, situated in the County of Los Angeles,
State of California, the party of the second part, -
W I T N E S S E T H
That the said party of the first part, for

money of the United States of America, to it in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does by these presents
grant unto said party of the second part, a perpetual
easement and /or right of way for the construction, re-
construction, inspection, maintenance, operation and
repair of a sanitary and /or storm sewer in, under and
along that certain parcel of land, situated in the City
of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of Califor-
nia, described as follows, to wit:

in the City of E1 Segundo, County of
Los Angeles, California, as per map
