That the said part of the first part, for

grant unto said party of the second part, a perpetual

the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los

in Book 20, at pages 22 -23 of Maps in
the office of the County Recorder of
said Los Angeles County, -

part to enter upon and to pass and, re -pass over and
along said strip of land, and to deposit tools, im-
plements .> -.nd other material thereon by said party of
the second part, its officers, agents and employees,
and by persons under contract with it and their em-
ployees, whenever and wherever necess, =ry, for the
purpose of constructing, re- constructing, inspecting,
maintaining, operating or repairing; said sanitary
and /or storm server.
In consideration of the foregoing grant,
said party of the second part hereby agrees that such
sanitary and /or storm sewer shall be constructed in a
good and ,varkmanlike manner, and that upon the comple-
tion of said sanitary and /or storm server, the surf- -ce
of the land will be restored, as nearly as reasonably
possible, to the same condition in which it was in
immediately prior to the construction of said sanitary
and /or storm sewer.
