S (,UNDO, a municipal corporation of the sixth class,
situated in the County of Los Angeles, State of Califor-
nia, the party of the second part, -
W I T N E S S E T H:
That the said part of the fit part, for

money of the United States of America, to in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do by these
presents grant unto said party of the second part, a
perpetual easement and /or right of way for the construe- '
tion, reconstruction, inspection, maintenance, operation
and repair of a sanitary and /or storm sewer in, under
and along that certain parcel of land, situated in the
City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows, to -wit:
The Easterly 7 1/2 feet of Lot 11,
Block 105, E1 Segundo Sheet No. 3,
in the City of El Segundo, County of
Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map recorded in Book 20, pages 22-
23 of Idaps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Los Angeles County,

together with the right to said party of the second
part to enter upon and to pass and re -pass over and
along said strip of land, and to deposit tools, im-
plements and other material thereon by said party of
the second part, its officers, agents and employees,
and by persons under contract with it and their em-
ployess, whenever and wherever necessary, for the
purpose of constructing, re- constructing, inspecting,
maintaining, operating or repairing said sanitary
and /or storm sewer.
In consideration of the foregoing grant,
said party of the second part hereby agrees that such
sanitary and /or storm sewer shall be constructed in a
good and workmanlike manner, and that upon the comple-
tion of said sanitary and /or storm sewer, the surface
of the land will be restored, as nearly as reasonably
possible, to the same condition in which it was in
immediately prior to the construction of said sanitary
and /or storm sewer.
TO HAVE AND TO H0TD the said easement and
right of way unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigns, for the purposes and uses
hereinabove set forth.
