RELEASE OF COVENANT TO HOLD PROPERTY AS ONE PARCEL
The covenant on real property located at 1800 and 1820 Imperial Highway, El Segundo,
California more particularly described as Lots 1 and 2 in the attached Exhibit A, claimed by Lot
3 in the attached Exhibit B pursuant to Covenant and Agreement Regarding Maintenance of Off -
Street Parking, recorded on October 5, 2000 as Instrument No. 00- 1564102 in the Los Angeles
County Recorder's Office, is released and discharged pursuant to LLA 09 -04 adopted on August
6, 2009 by the El Segundo Planning & Building Safety Department.

Survey Map recorded in Book 66, Page 5 of Record of Surveys, of said County,

All that portion of said Parcel 5, which lies Westerly of a line that its parallel with
and distant Westerly 630.00 feet, measured at right angles, from the Easterly line
of said Parcel No. 5 and Northerly of a line that is parallel with and distant
Southerly 100.00 feet, measured at right angles from the Northerly line of said
Parcel No. 5.
Except therefrom that certain parcel of land described in the deed to the State of

The undersigned hereby certify that we are the owners of the hereinafter legally described real-Property
( "Owners ") located in the City of El Segundo, State of California.

Parking site address: 1600 and 1820 Imperial Highway El Segundo, CA
And pursuant to Section 20.54.130 of the El Segundo Municipal Code, the undersigned hereby covenant
and agree to and with said City that an off -site parking area of usable and accessible automobile parking
spaces will be provided and maintained on the above described property to provide the required parking for
the use or the buildings located on the Hughes Space and Communications Facility in said City upon that
land legally described as follows:

as recorded in Document 0o 1 15(vo4-i O 1 , Records of Los Angeles
County.
This covenant and agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding upon the Owners and
its /his /her /their successors, heirs or assigns and shall continue in effect so long as the use or building
requiring such parking is maintained without providing off - street automobile parking spaces on the same lot
and /or another lot as required by the provisions of the El Segundo Municipal Code or unless otherwise
released by authority of the Director of Planning and Building Safety. Owners title to and right to use the
property upon which the parking spaces is to be provided will be subservient User's right to
48 (number) parking spaces, for a total of 166 parking spaces on lots 1, 2, & 3. Owner
warrants that such lots are not and will not be made subject to any other covenant or contract for such use
without prior written consent of the City.
