THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL SEGUNDO, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That those certain Escrow Instructions under Escrow No. 35 -6801 dated August 18, 1977, and an amendment thereto dated September 14, 1977, copies of which are attached hereto marked Exhibits A and B, respectively, which provide for the City to acquire the following described real property: PARCEL 1: Lots 1 and 2 in Block 38 of E1 Segundo, Sheer in the City of E1 Segundo, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per map recorded in Book 22, Pages 54 and 55 of Maps, in the office of the County recorder of said County, and that portion of Arena Street (vacated), bounded as follows: Bounded on the North by the South line of the Pacific Electric Railway right of way; bounded on the East by the Westerly line of said Lot 1; bounded on the South by the Westerly prolongation of the Southerly line of said Lot 1; bounded on the West by the center line of said vacated Arena Street.
